The material of our glass is premium quality so that you taste the drink, not the glass, but also ensures full clarity and shine on your product.  All of our glasses are dishwasher safe and made to last but to ensure a safe delivery the engraved glass is well packaged before shipped out to you. 

Engraving Process
We design each glass according to you. As soon as we get and process your order we select the glass you chose and engrave it in industrial engraving machines. The monogram is etched into the glass so your design is permanent and will not fade over time. We ensure that each order is clear and well manufactured for the cleanest and most high quality engraving. No cheap or hobby engraving... only high quality, professional level work.

Cancellation and Returns
We accept cancellations up to 6 hours after you place your order. Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to customization, however if there is something wrong with your order please do not hesitate to contact us so we may correct it for you.
